Our recruitment process is designed to allow you to find out if NHP is the right company for you and enables us to get to know you beyond your resume.
We may do things slightly different depending on your location and where you are in your career, but here is an idea of our process.
Our hiring process
Step 1: Apply online
Tell us who you are, what you do, and where you would like to be.
Side note: Most applicants applied for other roles before they eventually receive an offer. Not getting your desired role can often be a matter of timing, rather than a reflection of your skills or qualifications. If things don’t work out with your first application, don’t let that discourage you from trying again in the future.
Step 2: Shortlist
may include a Video Interview
This is where we identify the candidates who best meet the essential and desirable criteria for the role in question. Selection will be conducted based on equality, diversity, objectivity and fairness.
Step 3: Interview
We may conduct up to two interviews and this is when you will get to meet the people you are potentially going to work with. It is your opportunity to ask us questions about the role and find out about working at NHP.
Step 4: Personality Assessment
This online assessment allows us to understand how you will fit into our teams and provides valuable insights into how we can help you reach your potential.
Step 5: Reference check
You will be required to provide two professional references and they should be current or previous supervisors or managers who are familiar with your work.
Step 6: The Offer
We are almost there! Here, we will be discussing remuneration package, relocation expenses (if any) and your starting date.
Step 7: Onboarding
Welcome to the NHP family. You will get to know your wider team and be introduced to your buddy to help you get settled into your new role.
